An abyss took over Temecula, CA this morning.

There is a wildfire about 1 mile from us. Close to the rv park where we lived for over 1 1/2 years.

Unlike the Texas fire they are fighting it and have it contained.

But we are prepping the RV for next time!

Sunday Ride

Today is Surfer Girl's Birthday

On Tuesday this week Joellen had her first surfing lesson from Kahuna Bob at Leucadia Beach, CA.

It was an early birthday present from Jim.

Joellen did GREAT and had good time !

Ride to Encinitas

Today we rode our sport bikes to a nice beach in Encinitas.  We met with Kahuna Bob who runs the surfing school that Joellen will attend next week.

Carl's Third Birthday

Carl is three years old today.  Having spent his first few years of life living in a motorhome, Carl is enjoying life in his new house.

Another Typical Morning in The Temecula Valley

This morning's hot air balloons took off right across the street in the fog.  We will be busy today extending our irrigation system to the cacti and Italian cypress.  And, we expect our fruit and forest trees to arrive for planting; about 12 trees in total.
