Christmas Eve Hike

We hiked to the Three Sisters water falls  in San Diego county yesterday with our friends Andrea and Bob. Bob went to the top of the 3 falls. Joellen went to the second falls. I stayed at the cave with Andrea. It was a tough climb up large rocks and I felt it was safer not to try it and get a Medivac helicopter ride out of it.

Hawk Watch Winery

Last Sunday we enjoyed great sport bike riding weather riding through the high desert to Wynola and back with friends Bob and Rose Press.  We visited Hawk Watch, a small winery in Warner Springs.  We hope to ride a lot this next month when SoCal weather is just right for riding.  Jim hopes to ready our dual sport bikes so we can get in some dirt bike riding this week too.

Ground Floor TV Show

Yesterday we went to Burbank and saw the TBS TV show Ground Floor being taped. We saw it last year episode 5 and it is better this year. The show that we saw being taped is the 8th episode for this season which starts December 9th.  No pictures as cameras and phones are not allowed but here is a link to the website.

Temecula, CA Abyss

An abyss took over Temecula, CA this morning.

Not Again!

There is a wildfire about 1 mile from us. Close to the rv park where we lived for over 1 1/2 years.

Unlike the Texas fire they are fighting it and have it contained.

But we are prepping the RV for next time!

Today is Surfer Girl's Birthday

On Tuesday this week Joellen had her first surfing lesson from Kahuna Bob at Leucadia Beach, CA.

It was an early birthday present from Jim.

Joellen did GREAT and had good time !
