Pendaries House

Here's our house that we are building in Pendaries, a mountain community and golf resort, in Rociada, NM.  Its made with Fox Blocks; styrofoam filled with concrete.  The exterior and roof will be the darkest brown.

Bear

This is from a camera we setup yesterday on our daily hiking trail; captured about an hour after we left the trail.  Yikes!  I feel less threatened by bears than rattlesnakes.

Cement Pour with Crane

Here's our house's mid-level cement pour.  We could see the crane poking out of the woods from across the street on the turquoise mine trail above the Pendaries RV Park.

Ghost Bear

Here's a shot from our security cameras at about 7 pm last night; 75' from our motorhome in Pendaries RV Park.  This remarkable bear has been visiting regularly both in the RV park and across the street in Pendaries Village.
