We hope to move from the Pendaries RV park into our Pendaries Village house in January 2021. We've experienced lots of surprises during the building process; I would not recommend to anyone.

Pendaries House
Here's our house that we are building in Pendaries, a mountain community and golf resort, in Rociada, NM. Its made with Fox Blocks; styrofoam filled with concrete. The exterior and roof will be the darkest brown.

Bear
This is from a camera we setup yesterday on our daily hiking trail; captured about an hour after we left the trail. Yikes! I feel less threatened by bears than rattlesnakes.
