MT Rushmore

We visited Mt Rushmore yesterday.

Yellowstone Park North Loop

Yesterday we drove Yellowstone's North Loop in our Jeep. The scenery was stunning and varied. Yesterday was smokey; smoke from far away wild fires. Today we leave for Hardin, MT in route to Rapid City, SD.

Yellowstone Park South Loop

Yesterday drove the south loop of Yellowstone park about 122 miles. Scenery was varied Old Faithful went off while we were driving in. It goes off about every 1 1/2 hours so we missed it but we may try again today. Our $80 National Park Pass has more than paid for itself at this point.

One Year Later - The Great Bastrop, Texas Wildfire

On 9/4/11, our Bastrop, TX forest, home and property were taken by fire. We continue to live in our Motorhome while exploring the U.S.' most stunning scenery and dirt bike trails.

West Yellowstone

We walked around West Yellowstone this morning and took some photos. The first is our RV in Grizzly RV Park.

Deer Lodge, MT

Thursday we went to the museum in Deer Lodge. Here are a couple of photos.
