Friday Afternoon at the Temecula wineries

Friday afternoon at Danza Del Sol with neighbors Rose and Bob picturing Rose and Jim.  We went on to Doffo then home.  From our homes, we watched a wildfire too close to home that started Friday pm.  The pic is from Saturday morning of the Cutca fire near Palomar Observatory; only 2% contained right now.

Joellen's Birthday

We had a great time today.  After Joellen swam at the Temecula Recreation Center, Joellen and Jim went to Dattilo's in Hemet, the best Italian restaurant west of Philadelphia.

Wine Club Pickup Parties

Jim and Joellen on their way out to the June 5, 2015 wine club pickup parties at Hart and Oak Mountain wineries in Temecula, CA.  We stopped at Doffo for that pick-up as well.

Carl's 4th Birthday

Today is Carl's 4th birthday.  The pic on the left is from our daily morning walk and explore hour.  Every morning at the first hint of dawn, free range Carl and Joellen explore the area around the outside of our Hemet House.  Carl is an accomplished hunter bringing us birds, moles, mice and lizards (lizards upset Carl's stomach).

After coming inside from his morning walk, Carl sits on the screened-in porch to listen to and watch the many birds who quickly empty their feeders.  Carl is so healthy and full of life.

Not enough time to talk to everyone. Next time I promise and we'll go to a couple of great wineries in the Temecula Valley.
