Foggy in Pendaries

Here's our view this morning from our driveway in Pendaries.  Its almost foggy.  We are enjoying this year's monsoon season that has yielded 5" of rain so far.

Shed

Yesterday in Pendaries we had our shell of a shed moved in order to create a level pad.  Then the shed was placed back on the new pad.  Today we shop in Las Vegas, NM for the materials Jim will use to complete building the shed.

Thirsty Bear in Pendaries

See thirsty bear drinking from our next door neighbor's waterer; less than 100' feet from our motorhome.  This bear visited with us at the top of Pendaries Saturday night and proceeded down through the village to our neighbors feeders.  We've had little rain in northeastern New Mexico so the bears are coming down from higher elevations looking for food and water.  This bear looks pretty mature.

Zoomy New Addition to the Kerrigan/Mack Fleet

Here we are in Pendaries taking receipt of our brand new gas-powered Yamaha golf car.  We've seen too many electric cars not make it to our lot at the top of the mountain.  Its a really nice golf car.

Here we are leaving SoCal on Tuesday and yesterday's drive in the snow around Flagstaff.

Today we head to cooler temps in Pendaries.

Carl's 7th Birthday

Here's Carl on his 7th birthday during his morning walk.  Carl is healthy and happy as ever.  Today he is inspecting our motorhome's undercarriage in preparation for next week's trip to Pendaries, NM.
