2023 New Years Eve Hike

Joellen and hiking buds on New Years Eve 2023 enjoying how the snow improves the view.  We are in a totally burned section of the Santa Fe Nat'l Forest attached to the Pendaries RV Park.

UTV

Here we are earlier this week bringing home our new UTV.  Each of our UTVs have different functionality.  Really.  This new UTV is for Joellen to take herself and hiking buds high into the mountains.  And Jim thinks he is going to use it to plow snow.

Bear and Cub

 

We had a bear and cub at our house yesterday; so glad to see some survival after the Hermits Peak/Calf's Canyon fire.

Pendaries Hiking Team

Here we are saying goodbye to Dawn who moved to AZ in July.  And further below here we are this week after a surprise visit from Dawn and Sadie lab; back to Pendaries to pick up her RV.
